FAQ:
Is there parking available?
Yes! Parking is available and is complimentary to all attendees, whether staying at the hotel or commuting by car.
How can I make a special request for my reservation? (accessible rooms, connecting rooms, etc.)
When booking your room, there will be selections available to request accessible rooms, as well as request low/high floors and other additional features.
For connecting/adjacent rooms, please contact the hotel directly after making your reservation. You will need to ensure that you have your party's reservation number as well as the other party's reservation number.
Note that while the hotel will do its best to fulfill the requests, they are not guaranteed.
Are minors allowed to book a room?
No, attendees must be at least 18 years of age or older to book a hotel room and check in.
Will there be a hold on my credit/debit card when booking the hotel and checking in?
Upon room booking, there will be a hold/authorization (not a charge) placed on the card in question in order to secure the room. The amount of the hold will be a percentage, but not the full, cost of the stay.
Upon checking in, there will be a hold/authorization (not a charge) placed on the card in question in order to allow you and your party to check in. The hold/authorization is approximately $50/night and is used to cover any room charges including food & beverage, or damages to the room. It will be released after check out provided there are no additional charges to the room.
It is highly recommended to use a credit card when checking in. While debit cards are allowed when checking in, the hold/authorization will tie up your funds up to the amount held, and you will not be able to use those funds until the hold is released.
