FAQ
Will there be day passes at the door?
Yes, there will be day passes available at the door. Day pass pricing is listed above.
Day passes may be upgraded to a full weekend Attending badge at any time by bringing the day badge to Registration and paying the difference in pricing. For example, if an attendee registers for a day badge for Friday and decides to come back Saturday, they may bring their day badge to Registration on Saturday to upgrade to the full weekend badge.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests may be sent to registration@stratosfur.org at any time before pre-registration closes on May 5, 2024. Please provide the name, badge number, and email used for registration. Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment.
No refunds will be allowed after May 5, 2024.
Are minors allowed to attend?
Yes, attendees under the age of 18 are welcome to attend, provided that the Parental Consent form has been filled out by the minor's Parent or Guardian. The parent or guardian must also pay for their own registration.
StratosFur Parental Consent Form (2024)
Minors must present the form with their Parent or Guardian at the time they pick up their registration. Minors that do not have the parental consent form will be refused admittance.
Minors that are sixteen (16) years of age or younger must be accompanied at all times by a Parent or Guardian.
Minors that are seventeen (17) years of age are permitted to be unaccompanied. However, they must have a Parent or Guardian available on site.
